Q.   Can I pay with a credit card or E-check if I do not have a PayPal account?
A.   Yes. Click on the "Add to Cart" button, then "Proceed to Checkout" button, then scroll down to the bottom left where it says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account..." and you can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or by E-check.

Q.   Can I pay with a cashier's check or money order?
A.   Yes. We also accept cashier's check or money order in US dollars for items. Please email us for more information.


Q.   How much is shipping?
A.   Shipping is included in the price for each item.

Q.   What countries do you ship to?
A.   We ship worldwide. Unless specified otherwise, prices listed are good for North America, Central America, Oceania, Middle East, the Caribbean, and Europe. If you have a question about shipping, please contact us.

Q.   How are the items shipped?
A.   Most items are shipped by Express Mail, arriving 3-5 days from date payment is received. Some smaller items are shipped by regular airmail from Japan, arriving 10-12 days from the date payment is received. Items shipped by Express Mail will have a tracking number. If you have any question, please contact us.

Q.   What is your policy regarding refunds or exchanges?
